Opportunities for progression if you wish to further your career in early years
All ages and experience welcome! The right person is as important as qualifications because most of our existing staff are qualified. We are happy to take on unqualified staff as we like to have more staff over and above the legal requirement, as this enhances the care and education that we offer our children.
If you are not qualified and this is something you would like to do, we can help you gain your qualification while you are working with us – the qualification is often free of charge, and your salary would increase once you are qualified.
3) Apprenticeship Opportunities
We are pleased to offer both Level 2 (Early Years Practitioner) and Level 3 (Early Years Educator) apprenticeships. No experience or qualifications necessary for the Level 2 qualification.
You will work alongside our experienced staff, gaining job-specific skills and earning a wage too.
If you are fun, hardworking, a team player and you love children, we want to hear from you!
Start dates available throughout the year. The role is all year round, not term time only.
You will work 7.45am – 6.15pm 4 days per week (or 7.45am – 4.45pm or 9.15am – 6.15pm if you are under 18, in accordance with employment law) with college on the 5th day term time only.
6.6 weeks annual leave including bank holidays
